Lead Pastor
Jeremy and his wife Amy, along with their 5 kids have been at Cross Timbers since 2010. He enjoys time together as a family as well as golf, the outdoors, and is a huge OKC Thunder fan.

Caleb Rempel
Youth & Family Pastor
Caleb joined Cross Timbers in 2026 and brings a deep passion for seeing Youth grown in their relationship with Jesus. He enjoys National Parks and loves basketball, Go Thunder!

Jackson Conn
Worship Leader
Jackson is a gifted musician who enjoys leading others to worship their good and gracious God. He's currently a student at UCO and loves playing basketball in his free time.

Kristin Friesen
Office Manager
Kristin coordinates church activities, assists with the financial records, and helps administer the day to day operations. Kristin and her husband Al, have three grown children.
Church Leadership
Cross Timbers is led by staff members as well as two leadership boards. The Church congregation votes to affirm all leaders, hire all pastors, and votes annually on the budget and any other large decisions.
Faith & Life Team
The Faith & Life team works alongside the pastors to shepherd the congregation. Current Members:

Deacon board
The Deacon board oversees the day-to-day operations of the church and acts as the legal representatives of the church. Members are: Brian Wall (chair), Nancy Laverty, Anita Haftman, Pastor Jeremy, Pastor Caleb
Staff Team
The staff works together to carry out the direction and vision put in place by the leadership teams. They are readily available to the congregation for any needs, and seek to lead the church forward in God's call for their lives and ministries.
So who's really in charge?
All three teams operate alongside one another without any one group being truly 'in charge'. Faith & Life oversees the spiritual health and the Deacons oversee the practical hands-on issues. The staff is accountable to both teams while also giving leadership to both.
