During the school year, we have an exciting ministry on Wednesdays called Midweek. There's a meal open to everyone at 5:30pm and then there are activities for kids, followed by a time of worship for everyone at 6:30pm. Following worship, there are classes for ALL AGES. Our kids and our adults use the Gospel Project to walk through the Bible and grow in our relationship with Jesus as we dig deeper into the Gospel. Make plans to join us this coming Wednesday!
Each Sunday during the fall, winter, and spring, we hold classes for both our adults and children. In these classes, scripture is studied and applied to the issues in our life and in our culture. A list of current classes is available at the welcome center inside our front doors. We encourage you to check one out this Sunday and find a group that will help you grow in your relationship with Christ. The Discovery Hour begins at 9am.
At Cross Timbers Church, we value our children, and place a high priority on equipping our young people for a meaningful and impactful relationship with Jesus. On Sunday mornings, we offer Discover classes for all ages of children from 9am to 10am. Then during our 10:30am worship service, we have a nursery available as well as children's church for those under 5 years old. We also have midweek classes for our children each Wednesday. For children PreK through 6th grade, we utilize the AWANA program. There is also a great youth group for those 7th - 12th grades. AWANA and youth classes begin at 6pm each Wednesday during the school year.
Life change happens best in community! One of the best ways to grow in our faith journey, is to join a small group and find encouragement and accountability with other believers. At Cross Timbers, we have small groups that meet throughout the week in different homes and locations. If you aren't already a part of a small group, don't wait, find one today. For small group options, click here to contact our small groups coordinator to find one that fits your life and family circumstance.
We have continual needs for people to serve at Cross Timbers. From running sound, to working in the kitchen, to maintenance, we have a place of you! If you've been attending Cross Timbers but haven't found a place to get involved yet, click here and let us know. We will be happy to put you to work! But don't worry, we have fun while we work, and so will you!
